Mark is the founder of InterRisk Solutions together with its bespoke online claims system – UKClaimsPortal. Prior to founding InterRisk Mark worked in the Insurance, Legal and technology sectors for more than 15 years and also studied Law at Liverpool JMU. Through working for one of the largest global insurance companies, a top 35 law firm as well as technology start-ups mark developed the InterRisk Solution of Third Party Assistance and Containment. Playing a key role in securing inbound private equity investment he has been intrinsic in creating an unparalleled service for Claimants and Defendants alike.
Andrew qualified as a Chartered Accountant and as an Insolvency Practitioner during ten years with PriceWaterhouse. He later joined Lathams Chartered Accountants as an Insolvency Partner, becoming Head of Corporate & Personal Insolvency. In 2001 he was appointed Chairman of the Northern Region for Tenon. Andrew left Tenon to become Chief Executive of a fledgling business started while at Lathams – Debt Free Direct (Fairpoint Group PLC). Debt Free Direct rapidly grew to become a market leader in debt advice and was listed on the London Stock Exchange as Debt Free Direct Group PLC.
Corporate Development Director
Alistair has played a key role in developing the corporate relationships that InterRisk has secured with many of the leading Transport, Retail, Utilities and Public Sector clients. After successfully launching Physis Communications a management consultancy he joined InterRisk in 2009 as Business Development Manager he is currently the Corporate Development Director with key responsibility for major clients.
Customer Experience Analyst
After studying at Cheltenham University Patrick re-located to Sydney for a number of years to work for the largest Australian hamper company – Chrisco Hampers, providing customer journey analysis, processing and design expertise. Upon his return to the UK in 2011 he took up the post of Customer Experience Analyst providing analysis on customer journey through both InterRisk’s online and contact centre processes. With a background in design and IT he also works extensively with our technology team on the development in order to continuously improve of technology infrastructure.
